When talking about Sicily, one can’t not mention the bond its people have with the sea. It’s a marvellous land that leaves indelible emotions in the memory of every traveller. Such emotions can be recalled through smells, flavours and unique, traditional dishes. In this mix, we collected fish-based sauces and different types of pasta entirely produced by Sicilian firms, in the hope of awakening long-lost memories and building new ones in an explosion of flavours.
2xShort Busiata 500g: Sicilian durum wheat semolina, miling with natural stone, bronze drawn on a low exsiccation. The Busiate are a typical pasta from the Trapani area. Their particular twist form is perfect to keep the dressing and maintain its original flavour.

2xTuna ragù 190g : Tuna sauce prepared as the ancient Sicilian tradition commands.
2xTuna pesto 130g: the ideal dressing for those who love delicate and balanced fish first courses. We suggest to mix it with long Busiata, in order to have an incredibly tasty and quick first dish with all the flavours of Mediterranean sea.
Short Busiata 500g: Sicilian durum wheat semolina, water.
Long Busiata 500g: Sicilian durum wheat semolina, water.
Swordfish ragù 190g: tomato sauce (82%), swordfish (15%), olive oil, salt, sugar, chilli pepper.
Tuna pesto 130g: tuna (30%), olive oil (49%), almonds (13%), Italian cheese (milk, rennet, salt), basil, garlic, salt.
Squid ink sauce 180g: tomato sauce (92%), squid ink sauce (2%), olive oil, salt, red chilli pepper.
Tuna Bottarga 42g: tuna eggs, salt.
The products may contain traces of pistachio, almonds, soy seed oil.
